The gods must have been on his side for once. When they got to Serenity’s house, her mother was asleep. There were no awkward introductions and no explanations as to why he needed to stay there till the next night. Nope nothing like that. Instead, Nettie whisked him to the lower level in the immense home and led him to a cozy nook of a guest room, far away from any windows.
Flipping on the light, she set about pulling blankets and pillows from the closet, tossing them on the full size bed across the room. Drake took advantage of her distraction and sat, watching her. She was nothing like the women he was accustomed to. That was saying a hell of a lot given the only female he was repeatedly subjected to happened to be Absinthe. With her as a role model, he’d been spoon fed manipulation and hatred since the crib and there was no end to it in sight.
He put a hand on the pile of pillows and linen beside him. “Exactly how many of these do you think I need?”
“Oh, is there not enough?” She turned to face him, blowing some stray hair out of her eyes. “I can probably find some more.”
“No, I think you have enough to smother me to oblivion right here. I’m good, thanks.” He chuckled.
“What? I figured since I don’t have a coffin, at least I could create a comfortable cocoon for you this way.”
“Cocoon? What the-  Serenity, I’m not a caterpillar. And I certainly don’t sleep in a coffin, geez. Friggin’ Hollywood.”
Nettie frowned, crossing her arms over her chest. “Hello! Joke! I’m only trying to make you comfortable.”
“Oh.” He patted the mattress beside him. Serenity flashed one more look of annoyance before sitting. “As long as we just keep sunlight away, I’ll be fine. The room has no windows, so we’re golden right now.”
“You’re sure? You don’t need anything else? How about something for that headache? I’m sure I can find some aspirin or something. Just give me a second to scrounge some up.” Nettie stood and sprinted for the door, only to have him snag her wrist, preventing her from leaving.
“Like I told you before, I’ll be fine.” He yawned. “Thanks for letting me crash here. I appreciate it. You don’t even know me. I could be a monster, yet you trust me in your home.”
He pulled her closer until she stood right in front of him. Cupping his cheek in her hand, Nettie bent till they were nose to nose. “Drakkar, you aren’t a monster. We met tonight for a reason and I have to believe it’s because I’m supposed to help you somehow.”
He gazed deeply into her eyes. She meant every word she said, believed it even. What if it was true? What if he was dropped there by someone or something so they could meet? But why? So many damn questionst but no answers.
“You know, if I decide to kill everyone in this house, there’s nothing you can do to stop me.”
She nibbled her lip, still cupping his cheek. “Think so?”
He nodded. “Bet your life on it.”
Nettie leaned closer. Their lips were a breath apart. “That’s a bet I’d make any day.”
“Oh yeah?” His own voice was a mere whisper.
“Yup. I have a crossbow and I know how to use it. I’ll stake your ass before you could blink those pretty blue eyes of yours.” Serenity pulled away from him and headed for the door. “Just hit number one on the intercom if you need anything.” The door closed quietly behind her.

Sandra Bischoff lives in the historic town of Cornwall, NY with her extremely patient husband and teenage son, she affectionately calls the Demon. She is a Pharmacist by profession but found her true calling in a simple twist of fate. A friend approached her to write in a forum on a popular networking website. Over the next five years her passion had found its niche. She went on to compose a few poems and short stories which she would post on her homepage at the same networking site.
Her debut novel, Beyond the Sun was published April 2013 by Bayou Brew Publishing. She recently was named to Amazon's best seller list in the Fantasy/Epic category. Sandra's second book in this series entitled Beyond Time was released earlier this spring in time for the Romantic Times Convention in New Orleans where she was a featured author at the Book Fair.
She has since left Bayou Brew Publishing to embark on the next chapter of her writing career, Independent Publishing. As of this time she has re-released both books in e-book and paperback formats. They can be found on Amazon.com.

Karen Tomlinson is the author of The Goddess and the Guardians series of Young Adult fantasy books. Book one A Bond of Venom and Magic will be released October 14th 2016.
Karen has always been an avid reader. Her taste in books is eclectic but she likes nothing better than an exciting fantasy, set in a new and magical world. She lives in Derbyshire, England, with her husband, twin girls and her dalmatian, Poppy. Karen trained as a nurse and currently works as a resuscitation and clinical skills trainer, this involves training a wide variety of health care professionals and medical students in acute patient care. In addition to writing, and reading whenever she can, Karen likes to keep active. She has been training at Shotokan karate since being thirteen, likes walking, mountain biking and (for something completely different) cake decorating. She is currently working on book two in The Goddess and the Guardians series.
About me!
As soon as I could read I spent hours getting lost in the new worlds books could give me. Spending my pocket money had to be done (obviously) but not on sweets, well, not many…I spent my money on books. Back then it was Enid Blyton’s Famous Five which sparked my young mind. I didn’t rest until I had the whole set, then I migrated to the secret seven…(there was no Harry Potter then) As a teenager I would trawl through all my mum and dad’s discarded books. It was probably highly inappropriate for a thirteen year old to be reading swoony Mills and Boon romances followed by Ian Flemming, Alistair Maclean and Wilbur Smith!
Because I read anything and everything I could get my hands on back then, I now have an eclectic taste in books. I will read anything that catches my eye and absolutely love illustrated book covers! In my late teens I discovered fantasy and that genre has stayed my firm favourite. I am and will always remain a complete sucker for a fantasy with kick ass characters and worlds steeped in magic and romance!

Wow!

That word just sums up this whole book for me! But I feel this book deserve a whole lot more than just one word to describe it. So let me give you my thoughts on A Bond of Venom and Magic by Karen Tomlinson and hopefully once you've read this you'll click the link below to buy your copy.

I was lucky enough to be given an early copy of this book to read, and boy how lucky am I because if there is just one book in your life that you need to read, then this is it! This book is one of the best books that I have read in a while. Not only is it a breathtaking story, but it is very well written and edited.

This book grabbed me right from the very first few pages, and you just know that when a book does that you won't be able to put it down until you've consumed it all in one sitting, which is exactly what I did. ABOVAM has it all, action, fantasy, adventure, one hot, brooding, swoon worthy fae male and a building romance that'll have you begging for more.

Diamond, who is our main character is the perfect heroine. Yes, she is young and naive, but she has led a very sheltered and protected life until she is suddenly thrust right into the action and dangers of her world. I think she actually grows and adapts very well, especially with all the secrets she suddenly discovers about herself.  Towards the end of the book I think she'd really started to become a strong woman, rather than just a naive girl and I'm really looking forward to seeing more of her character development, flaws and all, as really that's what makes the best characters in books that they're not all perfect and I think Karen Tomlinson has written some great characters.

Hugo (the brooding, swoon worthy fae) is a complex character and I can't wait to discover more about him in future books. I found myself wondering at points during the book, do I like him? By the end I'd made my decision and I can see the reasons he is the way that he is and that a lot of his actions are because he is protecting himself and those he cares deeply about. I'm really looking forward to seeing what happens next with him, Diamond and a lot of the other characters too.

The world building in this book is another thing that has been well perfected. This really is one of those books where you can imagine yourself right in the action. I could clearly see the scenes and surroundings in my minds eye whilst reading and it really did transport me away to another world. That cover is also an exquisite piece of art and really catches your eye. I can't wait to have the paperback copy of this book and to place it right there on my bookshelf so I can see it everyday.

This book gets the full five stars from me for enjoyment, character and world building, fantasy (guys, how could I forget to mention there are dragons in this book, my favourite), action and romance. What more could you ask for?

I think I am still recovering from the book hangover reading this gave me, but to me that's the sign of a good book because it drew me in to its pages and embedded itself firmly into the depths of my mind that I won't forget it. I'm now impatiently awaiting the next book, and even though I know that'll give me another book hangover, it's more than worth it for having the chance to read something so amazingly beautiful and awesome. Seriously, buy this book now and step into it the wonderful treasure that is A Bond of Venom and Magic.

From the edge of the clearing a dark figure lurked among the shadows. Weaving between the trees, the uninvited guest tried to get as close as he could to the soft music and candle lit tent behind the grand blue Victorian mansion. Muffled conversation and laughter drifted in his direction on the crisp February breeze.
Something inside him ached to be a part of it. To slip inside the tent and watch the celebration up close and personal. He’d never known true happiness. Never witnessed the purest form of love these people were now basking in. What he wouldn’t give to feel it for himself, just once.
Yeah, sure, and pigs will one day sprout wings and fly away.
A vibration in his back pocket stopped him in his tracks. Drakkar pulled his cellphone out glancing at the screen. Narrowing his eyes at the caller’s name, he debated about answering it. What was the worst that could happen? With any luck ignoring her would have him thrown out on the street in no time. In fact that was the lesser of two evils.
Swiping his thumb across the screen he closed his eyes readying for the rant that was about to come. All it took was a split second. His mother’s shriek made his ears bleed.
“Drakkar! Where the hell have you been? I’ve been trying to call you for hours.” Absinthe’s voice was hard and cold. It resembled nothing a mother worried about her only son’s whereabouts would sound like.
“I was in class. What do you want?” He snarled back at her. It was all a lie but she had no clue. Absinthe only cared about herself.
“That’s no way to address me, Drakaar. You forget I can have your pathetic existence squashed at any moment.” She threatened.
“So you keep reminding me.” It was getting to the point where he wished she would make good on her threat. At least then he could be free of her. Counting to ten he relaxed slightly. “Was there something you needed?” Mommy Dearest.
“Much better.” She purred making his skin crawl. “I need you to come directly home after school gets out. Something has come up.”
Oh for the love of…
Drakaar strained his neck to see two people sneaking out of the tent. The wolf and his bride made a quick check of their surroundings before disappearing through glass French doors. His sensitive hearing caught the sweet sound of her voice just as she whispered her love to him. With a growl the wolf kicked the door shut. The silhouette of the groom carrying his bride across the room vanished around a corner inside the house. The reflected glow from Drake’s eyes dimmed against the bark of the tree he hid behind.
“Drakaar?” Absinthe’s voice broke his concentration.
Gritting his teeth, he shrugged off the invisible hand he knew she would have placed on his shoulder. “What?”
“I said I need you home. Are you well? You don’t sound like yourself.”
He wasn’t fooled by the concern in her voice. Absinthe could care less if something was bothering him. The only reason she might even give it a second thought was if the issue interfered with her plans. Gods forbid he might be feeling, worrying or even needing something. If it didn’t concern her, his mother didn’t want to be bothered.
Glancing back toward the large white tent, Drakkar noticed people starting to leave. He shrunk back into the brush allowing the branches to swallow him. “Fine. I’ll be there.”
“Excellent. Do try to not be late.” And then the Poison Princess was gone.
“Thanks for small favors.” He whispered.
There was no point in telling her he cut out early to spy on the wedding. It would only piss her off and that was something he could do without. Ever since Bonatelli reared his ugly head, his mother did a complete one eighty on him. He used to actually believe Absinthe loved him. Now, he caught her looking at him with disgust. Even when she spoke to him it was infused with venom half of the time.
Yet, as he sat in the weeds watching the way her enemies interacted and spoke to each other, it was evident what he endured was not normal. Bonatelli and his cohorts did not seem to be the monsters Absinthe painted them to be. He actually treated everyone he met with a loving respect, especially his very pregnant wife. There was no mistaking what he saw between Jared and his soon to be Queen, unconditional -I’d die to protect you- love.
When had Absinthe ever treated him that way? The answer -never.
Drakkar slipped his phone in the side pocket of the backpack resting beside him before swinging it over his shoulder. A slight tingle on the back of his neck hinted sunrise was coming soon. If he sat here wishing on fairytales much longer, his mother’s wrath would be the least of his problems.
He was just about to turn and leave when the scent of strawberries hit him. Inhaling deeply, Drakkar looked toward the tent. A couple emerged accompanied by a black haired girl roughly his age. The scent grew stronger when the girl’s toffee colored eyes gazed in his direction. He couldn’t move. Just one look from her and he was paralyzed.
Drake’s gums began to throb painfully. He covered his mouth just as his fangs began to descend in his mouth and ducked deeper into the brush. The way his body reacted to the human confused him. He’d been around his mother’s human servants all of his life and he never had the urge to claim any of them. He did feed from them on occasion but this was different. Something inside him wanted her as his.
“I have to get out of here.”
He glanced back in her direction in time to see her slip on a patch of ice in the driveway. It was all he could do to hold himself back from running to her side and helping her. The tall human male next to her reached out to keep her from falling. Drake growled taking a few steps forward stopping before he exposed his hiding place. He watched her smile her thanks at the man and duck inside the car waiting for them. Once all three humans were safely inside, the limousine pulled away driving right past him and out to the main road.
Drakkar fell back against a tree. What the hell just happened to me?
The cell phone in his bag started vibrating again. There was only one person it could be. Drake pulled it out and looked at the screen. Absinthe’s name glared back at him. “Leave me the fuck alone!” he snarled hurling the phone across the property.
Maybe that wasn’t the brightest thing he had ever done but it felt good to be rid of her if only for the moment. He’d come back tomorrow and retrieve it. Not like anyone would be out during the day here anyway.
Voices in the tent behind him gradually grew silent alerting him to the fact he was finally alone. The tingle in the back of his neck grew stronger. His reaction to the female cost him dearly. It was possible he wouldn’t make it home before sunrise now. Rather than pick his way back down the hill to where his ride was hidden, Drake opted for the quick leave vanishing into the morning fog.

Britt's Review of The Dawn Trilogy by Komali da Silva

Howdy Hooligans!

To start off I'm going to mention, I received this trilogy straight from the author after winning them at a release party. They were delivered before any of my other winnings, so #PromptnessPoints to her!

At first, I didn't expect to like them. I normally shy away from Angel/Religious fantasy. But, because I won them and I want to show love to the generosity of the authors I win things from, I knew they were getting read regardless. I shoved them in the middle of my current reading list. And Brittaini now, wants to go back and JackSlap past Brittaini between the eyes. It so deserved better.

Now in true Brittaini fashion, I started this Trilogy, and didn't stop until it was done. All three books in 18hours, I could not stop. So this will be a review of the box set, not the individual books. I'll try to keep my chin flap silent in spoilers, but as always I make NO promises :). If your spoiler sensitive, but your still here because your intrigued take my word on this.

If you enjoy YA. If you dream of Guardian Angels, or Demons. If you like seeing a heroine get put through the ringer and never give up. Then take my advice buy the books <3

After this point, my spoiler filters may falter.

Okay so we start out meeting Dawn, our heroine. So I'll give you a little blurb on her :).

"Dawn Huntington wants what every girl wants, a sweet sixteen birthday party with her friends, family, and some hot boys, but fate has other plans. On the night of Dawn's sixteenth birthday, she witnesses a crime she can't turn her back on, and the decisions she makes that night will change her life forever. "

Dawn Impresses me from the get go. Her moral compass is amazing at 16 to do what she does right off the bat! Most grown women run from that kind of confrontation but she just charges in in outrage. Her inner courage obviously shines. However, I feel when it comes to her emotions, she has no idea how manage them at all. She is strong when required, but she is a wallower. That is about my only complaint, and eventually she grows out of that, so I can totally get behind her as a character. She is put through so much, but in the end following her heart gets her what she deserves.

Now there are some GREAT secondary characters. Dawn's blood sister A is such an amazing person. I want to cry for Nate the Great for a year. A more perfect boy next door there never was. Jan is such a realistic little sister. A lot like mine actually. (Dawn is brown hair and green eyes like me, and my little sister is blonde blue eyes like Jan, ha-ha what a kawinkiedink, new reason to fan girl lol) Bonita definitely pulls the crazy quota. Aunt Meg and Gram Grams are both wacky wonderful. And Gabe, oh Gabe. Bow-chicka-wow-wow. Come to momma ;).

The first book didn't hook me completely, but because of the way it ended I needed to get on to book two. Although at no fault of the story itself, I came in expecting not to FanGirl so it took awhile for the glitter in my veins to start spreading. After the twists, and turns, the information uncovered and the relationship changes for everyone I was so involved in this story, the world around me faded away and I spent the rest of the day in a readers coma, ignoring the dogs barking, the child complaining, even to Hubby's stomach had to wait! By the end of book two I knew I was in head deep so I didn't even pause before devouring book three. And to be honest once again I had reservations. I know how some authors would have ended this story in ways I would have enjoyed. I pictured multiple way it could go, and more paths emerged  as I read on. Finally I was able to see the perfect ending. And I was not disappointed! I read as fast as I am possible of to see if this author would see my same vision, or use some plot twist to redeem an ass hat and give him an HEA I didn't think he deserved. And I was pleasantly surprised when I turned the last page and was completely fulfilled with the ending. 

The story is well written. Well edited and easy to follow. The flow is smooth And the dialouges are good. I enjoy a bit more then is in this story, but I still enjoyed it. The twists are well thought out and the villians a perfect mix of crazies, masterminds, and suprises.

I didn't leave the trilogy without closure, I closed the pages feeling like everything was right in the world. And, I'm also happy to say this trilogy will be in my YA top 10 recommendation list <3 

I'm Giving it a great big sparkling 4.5/5!

With the sudden disappearance of Iannis, the Chief Mage, Solantha has erupted into pandemonium. Citizens are rioting in the streets, the Mages Guild is on a misguided warpath, and shifters and humans are fleeing the city in droves. Ridden with guilt, Sunaya defies the Mages Guild and goes off in search of Iannis, trekking into dangerous, uncivilized territory to try and make things right. But Sunaya's relationship with Iannis isn't the only thing at stake -- if she doesn't find him soon, the Resistance might just succeed in plunging the Northia Federation into a devastating and bloody civil war.

I'm in love with the series again. Let's just say that this book has found it's way back and is running with the story again as the first book did. It didn't drag at all and kept me entertained through the book, in fact I had to tell my other half to shut up several times as he kept trying to talk to me whilst reading. Note to all non book nerds everywhere, do not talk to someone who is deeply into a book as the reply may not be pretty! I promise I've made it up to him though ;)

I think that Naya has started to grow and mature in this book, I have to admit that I was starting to get a bit irritated with her in Bound by Magic, she was running off on her own, not really working as a team and forgetting some pretty important things. She has redeemed herself in my eyes though & I'm loving her again just as I did in the first book. I also loved that Fenris had a bigger role to play in this book and that learnt his secret, or at least one of them as I think he may have a few more in the Dark cupboard.

Annia also had a much bigger role in this book and I do like her, but my only criticism would be that I'm not loving her yet as I feel that I'm not connecting with her completely. I am hoping though that she still has a big part to play in the next book, and hopefully some of that will be kicking her sisters butt as that really needs to be done.

We're also starting to get somewhere with the feelings between Naya and Iannis, although not completely there yet. There was one very hot scene in this book, which I'm hoping we may see more of in future books. They language also got more colourful in this book, but that doesn't bother me at all, I don't really have the sweetest of tongues myself.

I'm so glad that this series has got its pizzazz back, and will just take the second book as hopefully a very small blip in what is looking to be a great series. I'm looking forward to the next book, I'm just hoping it comes soon, and hopefully it'll be a longer book too.

The trail leads them to a series of crimes victimizing shifters for the entertainment of vicious humans. Sunaya and her friends race to identify the perpetrators and free the survivors, and the stakes are heightened when she discovers one of the victims has a connection to her. But if Sunaya is not careful, she may end up a very dead shifter herself... 

This is the second book in The Baine chronicles by Jasmine Walt and yes, I did read this in only a few hours, but it is a shorter book than the first one and looking at the third book which is currently out that's even shorter, only 82 pages!!! Now that makes me feel a bit cheated as it seems that we're getting into novella books rather than full books with them.

Anyway, I've digressed from my review. Whilst I still enjoyed this book, I didn't enjoy it as much as the first. I felt that it dragged a bit in places and wasn't as action packed, even though the book was shorter than the first the story just felt that it was missing something to keep me entertained. There also weren't as many scenes between Naya & Iannis, which I missed or as much of Fenris, who I definitely think is a great character and has a great story to tell. I did enjoy though that Boon Lakin had a presence in this book and even though I'm shipping Naya & Iannis as a couple, liked the flirtation between Boon & Naya.

I'm giving this book 4 stars as even though I'm still enjoying the series, I felt that this story was rushed and didn't hold the same capture for me as the first one did. There was not as much interaction between any of the characters and some of the characters who played important & entertaining parts in the first book only had very small appearances in this one. I feel that Jasmine has lost a bit of the pizzazz that was evident in the first book and I'm not sure if she decided to cut back or was made to cut back and cut scenes out but I do hope that she comes back in the rest of the series as it has a great story line and some interesting character potential. Nevertheless I'm looking forward to reading the next in the series.

Let me start of this review by saying how difficult I can find it to write a review when I've really enjoyed a book and just want to jump into the next one in the series and forget everything else. This is one of those books and as soon as I've finished writing this I am diving straight into the next and everything else will have to go do one until I've finished that!

I really enjoyed this book. It contains all my favourite things, shifters, magic, a steampunk feel to the setting, a spunky, kick ass female lead and a hot, mystery male where you can just feel the sexual tension between the two characters sparking off the page.

This book was recommended to me on Amazon as it's similar to other books I've read. The great news is that it's also available on Kindle Unlimited, which I think is a great lending service that Amazon runs (and also helps to curb my terrible buying habit when it comes to books)

The main character in this book is a shifter called Sunaya, or Naya which is the nickname she goes by. She is a hybrid, not a full blooded shifter and her form is a Jaguar, or a Panther as she prefers to be called. She's working as an enforcer in a world where humans, shifters & mages coexist, albeit not necessarily happily. The action and the mystery, which is the main theme running through the series, kicks of straight away and dragged me straight into the story that I didn't want to put it down. The side characters in the book, be they friend or for, also have substance to them and help to drive this story in a direction which keeps you engaged throughout.

The enter the hot, powerful but brooding male lead, and possible love interest, Iannis. What I loved about the book is that love is not the main theme of the story, but we are getting a slow build up of sexual tension between the two characters. It contains those kind of scenes between the two where you feel your own cheeks staring to warm up with the intense attraction between them but just when you think something might happen they get interrupted. I actually love that kind of romance where theyre not immediately jumping on each other and are both fighting the attraction between them, but it's so strong that they keep finding themselves in situations where they're drawn to each other. So far nothing has happened between the two, but for me that makes the anticipation of something you feel for sure will happen so much sweeter, I just hope it's not drawn out too long over the series as that can start to get boring.

For me this first book in the series contained just the right amount of intrigue, mystery and romance. The female lead epitomises my favourite type of heroine in a book in that she is capable of defending herself and has a sometimes too snarky tongue (this is my favourite kind of character as I can't stand a simpering female who doesn't stand up for herself).

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and it gets the full five stars from me. If you also love these types of books then I recommend picking it up. If you've never read a book like this before then I recommend this as the first one for you to pick up and try as I can guarantee you'll love it. Now I'm off to read the next book in the series be sure to look out for my review on that next.

So, where to start!

This could be a long one so sit back, get comfortable, and enjoy my demented ramblings.

Usually I let the crazy out from the get go, but this time I'm going to keep calm. I hear the First Vegabond whispering "peace Brittaini, calm". 

Okay, so the back story. (Mine not the books! Muhahaha)

About a week ago, I participated in a launch party, in which I won multiple books and even a necklace! One of my hoard of treasures was The Grimoire Saga By S.M Boyce. It was the last of my winnings, so by Brittaini logic it should be the first I read right?! So that's what I did.

Now I had full intention of reading book 1 & reviewing & repeating, until the saga was over. But! Low and behold, my intention was not met. I started Lichgate and didn't stop until Illusion was finished. Now I have to review it as a Saga because that how Brittaini's mind works, these are no longer 4  individual stories, but one continuous one, labelled and stored together. And That one story is full of AMAZING!

Now before I get into the review, lets give them Soul Windows a treat.

Now I'm thinking you're probably saying " Okay Brittaini tell us about the book now please!" So I'll stop dwaddling and give you the blurb.

And it really does have it all. I cannot say enough good things about this series. So before I overwhelm you with the squee of the newly awoken FanGirl, let's see if I can find something to critique.

Umm. I'm thinking hold on.

Ummmm.

Kay nope.

Oh wait! I just got it. I know that in order for the whole story to unravel she has go fall into this library, but I just don't see an experienced hiker taking shelter in a random door in the side of a mountain. But hey! What's Paranormal fiction without a little "anti-reality", and unezplainable pull. Which kinda makes my critique pointless. Well, crap, I tried.

FanGirl time!!

The heroine in this story Kara, is amazing. She's believable, resilient, strong, and resourceful. She makes mistakes and learns from them. She has amazing morals. She loves and grieves. She's loyal to fault. She's pretty Fricking amazing, and I loved reading and seeing the growth in her. I really wish she would have caved to the Vegabond a bit more, he was her best resource and she failed to use it to its best potential. Sure hearing him in her mind might be intrusive, but he was there anyway. I'd have been chatting his chilly ass off.

Braeden -The " Hero"- is an amazing male lead. He's painted as a monster in hiding for a bit, but I felt it in my blood factory that he had a heart of gold and a will as strong as diamond. And he did not let me down. He's the perfect balance of Alpha protector, and Doormat to the woman he loves. I absolutely adored this character.

The Vegabond himself plays little part in the day to day of this Saga but when he makes an appearance he really does a job of it. He is by far one of the best characters. His relationship with Kara and the evolution of it is something to watch for sure. I believe even with his mistakes he was an AMAZING man when he lived. And he deserved the reverance of the people of his world.

There are some amazing supporting characters in this book. Twin simply breaks your heart at first but you see the amazing Second she becomes. Richard the former Blood(Royal) was clearly an amazing King and becomes an amazing addition to the side of good. Gavin goes through so much, and loses his way. My heart warmed in Heritage and Illusion with his story in mind. Stone made me laugh, and his mystery has me intrigued. And that's just to name a few!

The story is amazingly well written, and edited. It flows, and urges and draws you in. The author seriously deserves some snaps. *snap snap*. I really urge you, my reader luvs, to buy these books. Read them. Enjoy them. Treasure them.

They are the perfect series for a supernatural, Paranormal, or fantasy fan.

On a side note, just to be a generous genius she threw in the first book of her spin offs. It's Stones story and I am so excited to read it. I have so many questions about him! But before I break the seal on that fantabulous-ness, I need to get this review and its FIVE STAR rating up and live! I hope you enjoyed my thoughts and will follow through and 1-click this Saga! I promise it's 100% worth your time!
